Excellent place with its reliable wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and comfortable air conditioning. I fondly remember how the staff helped me find my lost barrette on my first stay. Highly recommend a visit!

Wonderful clean property, it has wonderful staff with the service we received from the staff. The location is central. Would stay again in this great area.

Had a very nice 2 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. Excellent service, although a few employees were just terrible. Exceptionally comfortable units on a lower level, appreciated it. The venue was in a central location really close to stores / restaurants.
Very old bathroom, and the breakfast was disappointing.

Gorgeous, fairly clean hotel with amazingly great personnel with the service we received from the staff. Courtesy from the whole staff. Marvellous location in the lovely residential neighborhood on Van Ness.

Few sockets, no overhead light in the room.

the pool and beds were excellent. They forgot the rollaway...but brought it immediately when we reminded them. Price a bit too high given the period (it is a business hotel in a 600'000 town, tarifs proposed should have taken that into account). the hotel was 2/3 empty.

Here's the bottom line
My experience was quite amazing! The dinner at the lobby restaurant was fantastic, and we indulged in a generous breakfast buffet that kinda surprised us. Facilities were well-kept, and the helpful staff made everything easier. If you're planning a trip to the National Parks, this location offers ample parking and spacious rooms. Highly recommended.

I needed to skip part 2 because I am answering for my husband and don't know those answers. We found this hotel on line (not knowing anything about Fresno), and he said that he was very impressed with his room and the hotel itself.

The room was clean, but the map directions were confusing.

Breakfast was good, room was quiet.
Exercise equipment was broken, not functioning properly. Swimming pool and spa was closed for "maintenance". In room wireless internet was slow or not working even though I complained twice. I won't stay here again on business since I can't get any work done without the internet connection for VPN access to my companies network. It was advertised as being available but not for me. Frustrating.

Just a solid selection for getting around the area in Fresno with the best value for money ratio. I was always greeted with a warm smile by the staff. For best experience, try to talk to Peter in the bar for a cocktail.
